§ Mr. Anthony StodartThe Thames Conservancy as the responsible land drainage authority have prepared outline schemes to give protection to Guildford 337W and the lower Wey Valley. These schemes, which are both complex and costly, are under consideration by my Department for grant purposes and we expect to be in touch with the Thames Conservancy about them shortly.
