60. Mr. Hugh Jenkins

asked the President of the Board of Trade why he has not prosecuted West Yorkshire Foundries for breach of the Companies Act in that this Company filed its annual return due on 12th January, 1968, on 14th December, 1968, and has not yet filed a return for 1969.

The company has undertaken to file a return for 1969 within the next few days.
