§ Mr. Kenneth Lewisasked the Attorney General whether he will review the law governing access to houses built with private roads, with a view to taking steps to ensure that these roads are kept up to standard, particularly where easement of right is involved.
The Attorney-General:The law relating to private rights of way is being examined by the Law Commission as part of their review of the law relating to rights appurtenant to land.
