§ 37. Mr. Onslow
asked the President of the Board of Trade when he now expects to introduce legislation to implement the recommendations of his White Paper on Civil Aviation Policy, Command Paper No. 4213.

§ Mr. Mason:
As the hon. Member will be aware not all the proposals in the White Paper require legislation. A Bill will, however, be introduced as soon as possible.
