HC Deb 29 April 1970 vol 800 c312W
47. Mr. Dance

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will take urgent action in regard to the further applications to deal with the dumping of agricultural products from abroad when there are adequate home-produced supplies available in this country.

Mrs. Gwyneth Dunwoody:

The Board has no such applications before it at present. If, in any future application, an acceptable case for urgent action is made, provisional anti-dumping charges can be imposed.
