How many deaths in 1968, other than suicides, were attributed to the misuse of drugs.

THE MINISTER OF STATE, DE-PARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY (BARONESS SEROTA)

There were 30 deaths in Eng-land and Wales attributed to drug dependence in 1968, 398 to accidental poison-ing, and 6 to assault by poisoning. In addition, in 438 open verdicts, death was attributed to drugs.
