§ Mr. Howieasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if she will make a statement about her consultations with the Trades Union Congress and the Confederation of British Industry on the subject of the appointment of worker representatives to the boards of undertakings.
§ Mr. Harold Walker:My right hon. Friend sent to the C.B.I. and T.U.C. a consultative document seeking their views on a number of important questions concerning the appointment of worker representatives to management boards. I am arranging for copies of this consultative document to be available to Members in the Vote Office.
