The numbers in parenthesis (A) are the infringements attributable to the closure of Runway 10R/28L and those in parenthesis (B) to unusual weather. Thirty-one cases of infringement were marginal only and the question of cause was not pursued. There are no special factors of significance which might justify the remaining infringements.
