§ 3. Mr. Hooleyasked the Minister of Overseas Development if Her Majesty's 124W Government will undertake to make a statement of intent at the 25th Session of the United Nations General Assembly concerning the achievement by the United Kingdom of the 1 per cent. aid target requested by the Pearson Report.
§ Mrs. Hart:The General Assembly should have before it a strategy drafted by the Preparatory Committee, stating objectives and policies for the Second United Nations Development Decade
The Government will consider their attitude to the draft as a whole, when it becomes available.
