§ Mr. Hoosonasked the Minister of Transport when his Department intends to publish a booklet or memorandum for the guidance of public service vehicle drivers on the provisions of the 1968 Act which came into force on 15th March, 1970; and what are the reasons for the delay in publication.
Mr. Bob Brown:The leaflet PSV 145 has been available from the Traffic Area Offices and from the Ministry Headquarters since early April. Bulk supplies have been furnished to the operator's 77W associations and trade unions for distribution to the members, and to some large bus undertakings on request. Copies are also being circulated with the Traffic Commissioners' Journal "Notices and Proceedings".
