§ Mr. Gowerasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will grant the request of the Barry Borough Council that he should receive its deputation, to discuss the latest proposals of the Welsh Hospital Board about hospital reorganisation in the area of Cardiff and south-east Glamorgan, prior to his own consideration of those proposals.
