§ 3. Mr. Tudor Watkinsasked the Secretary of State for Wales what progress has been made with regard to the planning of a bypass road of Brecon; and whether consultants have been called in to assist with the programme for construction.
§ Mr. George Thomas:Consultants have been appointed to prepare the scheme. An aerial survey has been carried out and possible routes are being examined.
When a line has been chosen I will publish proposals in a draft Order under the Highways Act, 1959.
