Mr. Alan WilliamsOn the totals I have nothing to add, for 1969–70 and 1970–71, to the White Paper on Loans from the National Loans Fund (Cmnd. 4333) published 14th April, 1970, and, for 1971–72, to the White Paper on Public Expenditure (Cmnd. 4234) published in December. I expect Scotland's proportion to remain broadly in line with its share of total production.
