HC Deb 13 April 1970 vol 799 c189W
Mrs. Ewing

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he has taken to ensure that all the teaching subjects provided in the curricula at the Glasgow Physiotherapy Hospital will be available to student physiotherapists on the closure of the hospital.

Mr. Ross

On present information the Scottish Physiotherapy Hospital and School is likely to close in August, 1970. The students still under training there will transfer to the new N.H.S. School at Lancaster Crescent with their own teachers and will complete their training in accordance with the syllabus of the Faculty of Physiotherapists which has now amalgamated with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
