§ The Prime MinisterI would refer the hon. Member to S.I. 1965 No. 603, S.I. 1966 No. 692, and S.I. 1969 Nos. 383, 1067, and 1498. In addition, my right hon. Friend's responsibilities in the field of economic planning have been more clearly established and he has acquired new responsibilities for passenger transport under the Transport Act, 1968.
§ Q12. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Prime Minister if he will take steps to amend the jurisdiction of the Secretary of State for Scotland in relation to the duties and responsibilities of local authorities in Scotland.
