§ Mr. RossThe provision of the meals-on-wheels service is a matter within the responsibility of each local authority. I understand that local authorities in the North-east of Scotland, with the cooperation of the Women's Royal Voluntary Service, already provide a service in a number of rural areas and that the service is being gradually extended.
