§ Mr. George ThomsonThe threat has caused us concern for some time. Several months ago we sent instructions on precautionary measures to Heads of Missions. I am in touch with them again in the light of the currently intensified threat.
For obvious reasons it would be unwise to reveal the nature of the precautions that are being taken.
