HC Deb 21 October 1969 vol 788 c197W
Sir D. Walker-Smith

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will take steps to ensure that Piccadilly Circus is maintained in a form fitting its central position and the regard in which it is held by people in many parts of the world.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

The police do all they can to preserve order in Piccadilly Circus and do not hesitate to deal with offences against the criminal law.
