§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the Posts and Telecommunications Department have recently initiated a £100,000 campaign against the large number of television licence evaders; and, in view of the fact that there are a large number of road licence evaders with larger licence fees, whether he will initiate a similar campaign to obtain these arrears of road licence fees.
