asked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been drawn to the unsatisfactory and unhygienic conditions on the A.25 layby at Nutfield Cemetery, Surrey and whether he will arrange for a meeting to be convened of those concerned to seek an improvement.

There has been correspondence with Nutfield Parish Council about this layby. However, responsibility for the A.25 is that of the Surrey County Council as highway authority, and it would not be right for us to intervene.
