Mr. Bob BrownA large number of road schemes are already under construction, programmed and in preparation to improve road communications between the West Midlands and the East Coast ports. Further proposals for routes to be comprehensively improved are illustrated in the Green Paper, "Roads for the Future", published in March this year for public comment.
