Mr. Bob BrownA revised and more expensive by-pass scheme proposed by the Northamptonshire County Council is among those under consideration for a place in the principal road preparation list. It has necessarily taken some time to consider the relative merits of the many schemes proposed by local authorities for inclusion in this list but we hope to announce before long the names of those selected.
