asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will introduce amending legislation to ensure that twin unit caravans are regarded as caravans within the meaning of the Caravan Sites (Control of Development) Act, 1960.

Mr. Ross

I have no evidence of practical difficulties which would necessitate such legislation.
