§ Mr. SkeffingtonLessees of statutory undertakers are not exempt from planning246W control, though the lessees of transport undertakers have certain rights to develop land under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1963. The House was promised during the debate on the 1968 Act that those provisions would be re-examined in the impending review of the General Development Order. The review is currently in progress.
