§ Mr. David Priceasked the Minister of Technology when he intends to introduce legislation to establish the nuclear fuel business of the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority as a separate Government-controlled company; and whether such a company will be established under the relevant Companies Acts as a public company.
§ Mr. BennAs was indicated in the Queen's Speech, the Governments proposals will be brought forward as soon as possible. The new company would be incorporated under the Companies Acts as a public company.
