§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Transport if he will give details of the terms of reference of the inquiry which he has undertaken and of which he expects a report next April recommending that all new vehicles built will have to comply with the noise limits of which notice was given in 1968, indicating the personnel of the inquiry and the evidence given to it.
