asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, when he expects to publish the Report of the Swan Committee.

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Wood Green (Mrs. Joyce Butler) on Wednesday, 22nd October.
