RobinsonThe policy of the Land Commission is to postpone the collection of levy under Section 45 of the Land Commission Act in cases covered by the Betterment Levy (Waiver of Interest) Regulations, 1967. The policy is fully set out in a practice note which has been published in the appropriate professional journals, and I have sent the hon. Member a copy.
