Mr. Danceasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will send a circular to rural and urban district councils advising them to give advance notice to parish councils before they make decisions to develop those parishes, and to inform the parish councils fully of the exact proposals.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonMy right hon. Friend intends to give general support for voluntary schemes of consultation with parish councils in a circular he will be sending to local authorities on the whole subject of publicity for planning applications.
