51. Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will publish in HANSARD the details of the results of the prosecutions initiated in the Thames Petty Sessions on 8th May, 1969 against the Bow Bells Transport Limited, for using a fleet of lorries while unlicensed.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

Fines totalling £500; back duty totalling £2,552 10s. 0d.; and costs totalling £50 were imposed in respect of twenty-five offences.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will publish in HANSARD the details of the results of the prosecution initiated at the Thames Petty Sessions on 1st May, 1969 when the Regal School of Motoring were again charged with knowingly using vehicles without current road fund licences.
