asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what arrangements he is making to deal with applications of United Kingdom citizens temporarily domiciled overseas for student grants for university places in 1969 pending the publication of revised regulations.

No changes are proposed in the conditions governing awards made to United Kingdom citizens temporarily employed overseas. They will continue to be eligible for mandatory awards.
