asked the Postmaster. General how many complaints about the parcel post service have been received from the Post Office's customers in Cornwall in the last 12 months.

53 complaints of delay; about one for every 45,000 parcels handled.

Mr. Pardoe

asked the Postmaster-General if he will estimate how many parcels posted in Cornwall for destinations of more than 100 miles distant have taken more than three days to reach their destinations, not including the date of posting but including the date of delivery, in the last 12 months.
