§ Mr. SkeffingtonThe estimated expenditure on houses eliminated from the forward programme under the adjustments mentioned in Cmnd. 3515 is £27 million in 1968–69 and £54 million in 1969–70. Revised figures of public expenditure on housing were published in Cmnd. 3936.
