§ Mr. SkeffingtonThe Government announced in January, 1968, that they would reduce planned approvals of new houses in 1968 and 1969 by 15,000 in England and Wales and 1,500 in Scotland. Approvals are being contained within the revised limits, though without damage to priority housing needs.
