§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will issue a deportation order in connection with Gurdas Ram Gogna, sentenced to three years' imprisonment at Birmingham Assizes on 22nd July for organising a marriage bureau enabling Indian male immigrants to avoid immigration controls, to take effect when that sentence has been completed.
