Rowlandsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will have consultations with the British Broadcasting Corporation and the Welsh Arts Council with a view to arranging assistance from the Council to secure the future of the British Broad-casting Corporation's Welsh Orchestra.
§ Miss Jennie LeeI understand that discussions are already in progress between the Council and the B.B.C. in Wales on the future of this orchestra.
