§ Mr. M. StewartI view with gravity the latest outbreak of fighting in Laos, which is the result of the continuing violation by the North Vietnamese of the 1962 Geneva Agreement. I have therefore, at the request of the Prime Minister of Laos, already made an urgent approach to the Soviet Co-Chairman proposing joint action.
