§ Mr. Brooksasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will raise at the United Nations Organisation the question of the legality of South Africa's incorporation of South West Africa, and in particular propose that the United Nations expel South Africa from that body in view of her seizure of United Nations Trust Territory.
