asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make representations to the Chinese Government to gain the release of Captain Peter M. Will who has been detained without trial in China since 23rd May, 1968, when he was taken from his ship by the Red Guards at the port of Tangku.
