§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the latest position of the plan for redevelopment of Blantyre; and when the public inquiry is to be held.
§ Mr. RossI understand that a town map for Blantyre is being prepared by Lanark County Council. Until this has been submitted to me I cannot say whether a public inquiry will be needed.
