The executive authority of Southern Rhodesia may be exercised under the Southern Rhodesia Order, 1965, by a Secretary of State; and if occasion arises for the exercise of such authority it would 69W normally be exercised by my right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary. No extra salary is envisaged.
