§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister what steps he is taking to co-ordinate the activities of the Departments of Defence and Overseas Development, with a view to promoting Operation Military Aid to the civil community activities abroad.
§ The Prime MinisterThere are regular meetings between the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Overseas Development and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to consider requests for assistance and to plan such activities well in advance.
