§ Mr. Ogdenasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will institute an inquiry under Section 165 of the Companies Act into the activities of Inter Continental Pharmaceuticals (Bletchley) Limited, Inter Channel Pharmaceuticals Limited and associated companies.
§ Mr. DellOn 13th January, 1969, the Board of Trade, under Section 109 of the Companies Act, 1967, required the production of the books and papers of Inter Continental Pharmaceuticals (Bletchley) Ltd. Inquiries are proceeding but it is too early to decide whether the appointment of an inspector under Section 165 of the Companies Act, 1948, should be made.
