§ Mr. Carlisleasked the Minister of Transport when it is proposed to complete the road widening scheme in the centre of Helsby which was commenced at Whitsuntide, 1966.
§ Mr. MarshThis scheme is completed except for final surfacing. Substantial repairs are necessary on an adjacent section of road and when these are completed, probably in early summer, the whole length will be resurfaced.
