§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe Gibraltar Government make an annual contribution towards the costs of the Gibraltar Regiment, equivalent this year to 5s. 6d. per head of the population. This compares with a per capita contribution to the defence budget by citizens of the United Kingdom of approximately £40 10s. in the financial year 1967–68, and of approximately £41 in 1968–69.
