asked the Minister of Transport whether he will hold a public inquiry into the effects on amenity of the proposed traffic scheme for Gloucester and Westbourne Terraces in Bayswater.

No. This scheme is the responsibility of the Greater London Council as traffic authority. It has been extensively publicised by the Council, but it has yet to consider all objections and representations before deciding on their final proposals.
