asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in view of the premature disclosure of the draft recommendations of the interim report of the Northumberland Committee in a farming journal on 4th February, a copy of which has been sent to him, if he will now request the Committee to expedite presentation of the Report, with a view to its early publication.
