§ Mr. MarshThe allocation of funds to the South Wales ports of Newport, Cardiff, Penarth, Barry, Port Talbot and Swansea is a matter for the British Transport Docks Board. Assistance to these ports by way of port modernisation grants under Section 12 of the Harbours Act, 1964, has amounted to about £¾ million to date.
