§ Mr. FoleyMy right hon. Friend the Minister of State raised the subject of the blocked ships with President Nasser and with the Foreign Minister of the United Arab Republic. We shall continue to work for the early release of the blocked ships. The skeleton crews are, of course, not imprisoned; they are replaced at regular intervals.
