Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will hold consultations with the Governments of the United States of America, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, France and the Federal Republic of Germany, with a view to making a joint request to the Governments of Brazil and Paraguay to return for trial those Nazi war criminals, known to be living in those two countries.
